Suspicious back up , Android.

Hi all,
as some of you may know I make daily back ups of my games with the helium (old name carbon) app. This has always worked very well, however since a couple of days I noticed that the back up of my erik1 game has reduced in size from around 150mb to 26mb. That doesn't seem right, especially since my erik2 game on my phone is still about 150mb.
I don't dare to try to restore...
Has anyone ever experienced this ?
Erik1 is on a galaxy note 8". Game version 3.02.02.

Hi Erik,
Nope. Haven't seen this one. You're more tech savvy than I am so this may seem like a silly question, but have you done another backup. My current game is 113mb, so I'm no help, BUT I'll be watching not only my backup sizes, but this thread.
It's a good thing you noticed otherwise you could be grovelling to G!. Not a pretty vision.

I've tried it a couple of times and 26mb is what I get each time. And the back up process itself is also much quicker. It's a mystery indeed...

Um...are you breathing in? Deeply? Have you noticed a change in your voice? Are you talking funny? Helium does have that effect.

If you go into the backup function and swipe up from the bottom of the screen it gives you a choice of backing up app data only or the whole game. Either seem to work fine for me, but clearly the data only is a smaller and faster back up. Have a look and see if this is your problem/puzzle.

this could be the solution. However at all times I activated data only to back up. Perhaps somehow that did not work properly before and it backed up the whole thing, data and game. I'm just guessing. But it's working properly and fast, so I'm not complaining (anymore...)
